Todd Rutherford welcomes you to the neighborhood.

Todd has represented District 74 in the South Carolina House of Representatives since 1998.  He’s been an Elmwood Park resident for the last ten years too. 

Living there, he says, gives him access to great neighbors and friends: “It also allows me to drive my golf cart to and from my office and the State House.” 

Todd made news two years ago when he got a golf cart to beat high gas prices.  The cart also gives him a great view of this historic neighborhood. 

He hopes people will check out the city’s first suburb during the annual home tour on April 12, and he’s not shy about stating his case:  “It is clearly the best neighborhood in Columbia and has one of the most incredible tours around. You will see artists on porches and the most beautiful houses in Elmwood Park.”
