April Goof

I was just reading the new issue of skirt! (for the hundreth time) and putting a few local events on my calendar when I realized....horrors....that the dates and days we give for Artista Vista on our United Skirts page don’t match the 2008 calendar. 

Is my father playing an April Fools’ joke on me from the great beyond?  (That would be just like you Dad.  You should know, I’m still not over the “snake just went up your shirt” incident from April 1, 1972.) 

No, my 2008 calendar proved to match everyone else’s.  Apparently last year’s dates were on the Vista website when I wrote that copy--and I didn’t catch the discrepancy.  Sorry to all for that!

So yes, Thursday and Saturday are the correct days--but make those dates April 24 and April 26. The Vista has this year’s information updated here.

And remember City of Columbia dwellers--this is your day to vote--for city council and for (or against) Sunday beer and wine sales.
